Comments:

Under the RAMSI Law and Justice Program (RAMSILJP) develop practical, robust,
effective and technically compliant financial management systems across the SIG
Justice sector. Includes institutional strengthening and personnel capacity development by training and mentoring key senior finance staff in the ministries on achieving best financial management practices. Work closely with the Permanent Secretaries (PS’s) to ensure appropriate advice and information is available to them to inform appropriate management decision-making concerning financial management issues. Work with other donors to enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of SIG financial management staff. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard documentation, filing procedures and records management within the agencies of the Ministries. Worked with AusAID to start using SIG budgeting and financial systems to management donor funding.
